Restrictions on payment

When a benefit event was caused by willful or gross negligence, or when the person was sentenced to imprisonment or more serious charge, or when dismissed for reasons equivalent to a disciplinary dismissal of a public employee, payment will be restricted according to the seriousness of the reason.
The payment may also be restricted if the person does not agree, without good reason, to receive a diagnosis that PMAC considers necessary for the payment.
