If a member or a former member who had a subsequent participation period 1 or more years of died, the survivor will receive the remaining Fixed-term Retirement Pension benefits as a Survivors' Lump-sum with drawal payment (This does not apply to survivors who had already received a Fixed-term Retirement Pension benefits as a Lump-sum payment).
The scope and priorities of survivors are the same as that of the Survivors' Employees' Pension.
