If you are receiving the “Specially-provided” Old-age Employees’ Pension in your early 60s, you will lose the right for the pension at 65 and it will be replaced by the “Regular” Old-age Employees’ Pension.
If you are not eligible for the “Specially-provided” Old-age Employees’ Pension, you may obtain the right if you satisfy the following three requirements.
(1)You have qualified for the pension qualifying period.
(2)You have contributed to the Employees’ Pension scheme for at least a month.
(3)You are 65 years of age or older
