You cannot use the “Membership Card” in the following cases.

Illness or injury during work or commute

The industrial accident compensation insurance applies instead of our insurance. Accordingly, the compensation benefit is paid by the relevant insurance policy.

Treatment not to be covered by insurance

1. Health check-up
2. Normal pregnancy and childbirth
3. Preventive injection
4. Cosmetic Surgery
5. Artificial abortion due to financial concerns
   Note:
   Your “Membership Card” is still required at the medical institution when you wish to use the Direct Payment System for delivery expenses (2 and 5 above).
