Motivation support
Doctors, health nurses, and registered dieticians will have interviews with you and provide health guidance. Based on the interviews and guidance, they will formulate an action program to help enhance your motivation to modify your lifestyle habits. The results of your efforts will be evaluated in 3 months or later.
Active support
In addition to the motivation support, you will receive support extending over 3 months or more. The progress of the action program will be reviewed, and the results of your efforts evaluated upon completion of the active support.
How to use the program
If you are eligible for the motivation support or active support, you will be provided a Specified Health Guidance voucher, which is enclosed in our QUPiO Plus.
With the voucher, you can take the Specified Heath Guidance at one of the following four locations. The guidance is free of charge as the expenses will be borne by PMAC.
(1) Your designated location
A medical counselor will provide guidance at the location designated by you.
(2) Venue
Guidance will be provided at a venue, such as our Garden Place.
(3) Medical institution
Guidance will be provided at a contract medical institution.
(4) School
Guidance will be provided at a school’s meeting room or other facility upon the school’s request.

A list of institutions providing the Specified Health Guidance is enclosed in an envelope for a Specified Health Guidance voucher. Choose from the list and make a reservation.
