Premium tickets to long-time members

In recognition of the members who have worked for private schools for many years, contributing to their academic development, coupons for the use of our directly operated facilities are presented to them late March every year.

Recipients

Schools, on our behalf, will present the coupons to the members reaching milestone years of membership such as 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 years and so on. This is a gift for members excluding Voluntary Continued Insurance Members and is granted to those at milestone years only.

Note1:
The membership does not include the duration as a Voluntary Continued Insurance Member.

Note2:
Members retiring during the period between April 1 and May 31 are not eligible.

Number of coupons presented

Two coupons will be presented to each eligible member. The coupon is worth 5,000 yen and is valid for two years.

How to use

Coupons can be used on the following occasions with a saving of 5,000 yen per coupon.

Multiple coupons may be used on one occasion.

Stay at Garden Palace or other accommodation/resort directly operated by PMAC

Hand in coupons at the check-in counter.

Dining at a PMAC-run restaurant

Hand in coupons at the cashier.
Note:
Coupons cannot be used at some of the restaurants operated by PMAC, including those at Fukuoka Garden Palace.

Medical check-up at PMAC-run Tokyo Rinkai Hospital Medical Health Center

Notes:

• When booking, tell the hospital that you are going to use coupons.
• Coupons cannot be used for medical treatments covered by health insurance.
• The amount of subsidy for comprehensive health checkup system will be determined based on the amount deducted by the use of coupons.

Reminders

1. Coupons are valid for two years from June 1.
2. Coupons may be used by ex-members.
3. Coupons may be used by a member’s family.
4. Coupons cannot be reissued.
