Disaster relief items

The gift is granted to disaster-stricken members.

Members under the Supplementary Disaster Relief Benefit program will receive a disaster relief gift, and they are privileged to choose from an item from the gift catalog to be sent. To apply, please specify the chosen item in the Postal Card for Disaster Relief Gift enclosed therein.

Type C members, who are not eligible for the program, are also entitled to this gift. To apply, please submit an original copy of the document evidencing their disaster experiences together with the Application Form for Disaster Relief Gift (for Type C members).
