Athletic Complex

The PMAC General sports ground, which was transferred to Katsushika Ward on March 19, 2024, has been renamed “Higashishinkoiwa Playground” as a sports facility of Katsushika Ward and has been available for use by Katsushika Ward’s residents since September 1. All PMAC members can use this facility the same way as the ward residents.

Please note that you must register as a user in advance to make reservations for the facility or apply for a drawing. Please present your membership card or other ID card at the Okuto General Sports Center reception desk and complete the registration procedure.

Other sports facilities in Katsushika Ward may also be available to non-residents.
