In recognition of your efforts toward health and wellness, points will be awarded for each of the efforts. The points will be exchanged for health-enhancing goods.
Members 30 years or older in the current fiscal year who are eligible for short-term benefits as of May 31 of the year (including Voluntary Continued Insurance Members) and their dependents (hereinafter collectively referred to as “members, etc.”).
The online version of QUPiO Plus is accessible on personal computers and smartphones and is available for members, etc. Log in on our website to register. You can also find the website by searching with “QUPiO Plus.”To complete registration, access QUPiO Plus website with the authentication code (to be explained later) and register the unique ID and password according to the instructions.
Upon receipt of your health check-up results, we will send you our healthcare booklet QUPiO Plus. To register, enter the authentication code described in the booklet on the QUPiO Plus website.
To register, enter the authentication code described in the notification sent to schools (or to the Voluntary Continued Insurance Member’s registered address) in June every year on the QUPiO Plus website.

The authentication code will be provided only to members, etc. who have not been notified of it yet.

You can exchange points for goods if you have 2,000 points or more. Check out goods and take necessary procedures on the QUPiO Plus website.
Points expire at the end of the second year following the year of obtaining them. Please also note that they are valid while you are qualified as members, etc. only. Make sure to exchange points for goods while the points are valid.
